• One Account Only: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at NagaWin. Registering multiple accounts using the same or different information is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Geographic Region: You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the NagaWin platform is lawful in your region. Players from restricted regions are not permitted to register or use this platform.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration and all subsequent updates must be accurate, complete, and current. NagaWin reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time.

How Rollover Is Calculated

   Wagering is calculated based on the total amount wagered — not on winnings or losses. Bets placed on excluded games will not count toward wagering requirements.

   Each member is eligible to claim each bonus type once only, unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once through different accounts constitutes bonus abuse.

Prohibited Activities on the NagaWin Platform

To keep the NagaWin platform safe, fair, and enjoyable for all members, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Money Laundering: Using the NagaWin platform as a channel to transfer or conceal illegally obtained funds is a serious criminal offence and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Fraud & Manipulation: Any attempt to cheat the system, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit software bugs for an unfair advantage.
• Cross-Account Hedging: Placing opposing bets across different accounts (whether your own or a friend's) to guarantee wins without genuine risk.
• Bot & Automation Use: Using third-party software, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence to play automatically without a real human present.
• Account Sale or Transfer: Selling, transferring, or renting your NagaWin account to any other party under any circumstances.
• Inappropriate Language & Behaviour: Using offensive language, threats, or any form of harassment toward support staff or other members on the platform.

What NagaWin Guarantees Every Member

Beyond all the rules and conditions, NagaWin also holds responsibilities that we take seriously toward every player.

Account Suspension, Closure & Termination

NagaWin reserves the right to suspend or close any member account without prior notice under certain circumstances. These include but are not limited to:

• Violation of any section within these terms and conditions
• Fraud, identity misrepresentation, or providing false information during registration
• Suspected money laundering or financial fraud activity
• Failure to submit the requested KYC documents within the specified timeframe
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months with no login activity

If your account is closed due to a terms violation, all bonus balances that have not met the rollover requirements will be forfeited. Valid cash balances (not derived from bonuses) will be returned to you once the investigation is complete, subject to legal compliance requirements.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 3 business days.
